With monochrome illustrations throughout the text from photographs. Includes a colour map as the frontispiece.
Prior owner's ink inscription to the title page.
Condition
Rebound in half morocco binding and marbled boards. Externally, excellent. There is some slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean, with some occasional spotting and age toning.
