    First Edition, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding

    The first edition of this work.

    'Samhain' was an irregularly published periodical, edited by W. B. Yeats. 

    Yeats was the leading contributor of essays to the periodical, which was published from 1901 until 1908.

    Illustrated with a frontispiece.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, the wraps are detached but present. Edgewear to the wraps, resulting in some chips and small closed tears. Light marks to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and generally clean with some spots. Frontispiece is detached but present.
