The first edition of this work, a scarce copy. A children's novel following the adventures of the Panjandrum and the Dodo, with illustrations by Alan Wright. 

G. E. Farrow was a noted British children's book author, titles include 'The Wallypug of Why' and others.

Condition

In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally smart with minor shelf wear, bumped to extremities of spine and boards, lightly rubbed and soiled. Previous owner's gift inscription to front free endpaper dated 1907. Internally, firmly bound. Light minor spotting scattered to occasional leaf, otherwise pages generally clean throughout. Illustrated by Alan Wright.
