A collection of poetry with detailed notes and reviews of the first to fourth editions of translations, including comparative stanzas. Written by Omar Khayyam, a Persian polymath, known for his contributions to mathematics, astronomy, philosophy, and poetry.
Condition
Bound in full calf with gilt. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities. Light fading to the spine and board edges with the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean. Light spotting to the endpapers.
