Edited by Edward Carpenter, an English utopian socialist, philosopher, poet, and activist for gay rights and prison reform. Includes a letter from the previous owner dated 1988.
Condition
In the original beige cloth binding. Externally, smart with light bumping to the extremities and the odd mark to the board. Fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot and age toning to the endpapers.
