    Published by Karl Baedeker, pioneer in the business of worldwide travel guides.

    With contemporary owner's inscription on front wrap, 'P. N. G. Reade', and previous owner's inscription to the recto of this page, 'D. L. Cumming'.

    Condition

    In publisher's original paperback binding. Shealfwear to head and tail of spine, rubbing to tail of front wrap. Contemporary owner's inscription to head of front wrap, and previous owner's inscription to head of verso of front wrap. Contemporary annotations and blind stamps of place names to recto of rear wrap. Internally, binding generally firm though strained in places. Pages bright and clean. Tape repair and small closed tear on final map.
