He penned several travel works alike to this reminiscent travelogue and notes on Edinburgh. The eighth edition of this work. In a beautiful H Sotheran and Co binding of Piccadilly, with the binder's stamp to the verso of front endpaper.

Condition

In a half morocco binding with cloth covered boards. Bound by H Sotheran and Co, with the binder's stamp to the verso of front endpaper. Externally, generally smart with light rubbing to the joints and to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
