    First Edition, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding

    A first edition copy of this work, with a smudged quoation mark to the title page and the comma after Rainey missing, published in 1901. 

    With Buller in Natal or A Born Leader is one of G. A. Henty's historical novels that is set during the War in Natal. 

    George Alfred Henty was an English novelist and War Correspondent who is most known for his works of adventure fiction and historical fiction. 

    With ten illustrations including a frontispiece by W. Rainery. 
    Collated, complete. 

    With thirty two pages of publisher adverts to the rear.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original pictorial cloth binding. Externally, smart with some marks to the boards, some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and fading to the spine. Internally, generally firmly bound with bright and generally clean pages with some scattered spots to the first few pages.
