One of William Shakespeare's later plays, 'The Tempest' is set on an island, following sorceror Prospero, his daughter Miranda, and his slaves Ariel and Caliban. The play contains elements of both tragedy and comedy, with themes of magic, revenge and betrayal.

Bound in beautiful cream cloth with gilt detail to the spine and board.

Condition

In the publisher's original full cloth binding. Externally generally smart, with some slight discolouration to the cream cloth, bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are uncut, and have just the odd spot.
