Containing a series of eight short stories relating to golf by Van Tassel Sutphen, American playwright and novelist, authority and author of books on golf. Illustrated with a frontispiece and eight full page plates by various artists.

Condition

In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding over marbled boards, gilt to top edge. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear only, light bumping to head and tail of spine and extremities, back strip lightly faded. Title page slightly tender, may come loose with further handling. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
