Leather Binding, Pleasing Copy, Rebound

Pocket sized copy of the Holy Bible, complete with Old and New Testaments. Dated via Jisc.

In a beautiful calf backed binding over vellum boards with embossed blind stamp to front board in red, blue, and green 'this is the word of the Lord.'

Fully working metal clasp. A charming copy. Front free endpaper was excised.

Condition

Rebound in quarter calf binding over vellum boards with titles in gilt to spine, gilt to edges. Externally smart with minor shelf wear and some rubbing , extremities of spine and boards only lightly marked. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
