Condition

In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally sound with some shelf wear and minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. With a minor damp marking and fading to the spine. With minor horizontal tears to the cloth to spine. With Sir L Philip Brocklehurst's bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Extensively illustrated with a frontispiece and throughout.
