A comprehensive examination of plumbing methods and practices in Victorian houses. Collated complete with twenty four plates, four of which are folding, with numerous illustrations throughout. Featuring two pages of publisher's advertisements to the rear.

Condition

In a green cloth binding with gilt detailing. Externally, rubbed with some wear to head and tail of spine. Marks to rear board and spine. Joints starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright with some spotting throughout. Institutional label to front pastedown and ink inscription to title page.
