The Studio was an illustrated fine arts and decorative arts magazine published from 1893 until 1964. The magazine exerted a major influence on the development of the Art Nouveau and arts and crafts movements.
Volume seventeen contains articles on the art of 1899 and the art of the Paris salons, American and French applied art, the work of W. Reynolds-Stephens and the Munich Secessionists' Exhibition amongst other articles on art and decorative art of 1899.

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, generally excellent with some light fading to the hinges and rear board. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
