Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. Bumping to the head and tail of the spines and to the extremities, resulting in some loss to the spines, a little heavier to Volume I. Spines are lightly discoloured. Minor marks to the boards and spines. Rear board of Volumes I, III, and IV are lightly faded. Bump to the rear board of Volume XI. Occasional spots to the fore edges. Bookplate and bookseller's label to the front pastedowns. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with some spots.
