This archaeological and ancient historical study is illustrated by five maps and plans in colour, and fourteen monochrome plates. Collated, complete.
Hall was a member of the Literary and Scientific Societies of Nice and Draguignan and of the Societe Eduenne of Autin.

Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. There is some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. The hinges are starting but firm. Prior owner's ink inscription from 1949 to the first free endpaper. Internally, generally firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with some occasional spotting, particularly to the endpapers.
