    Collated, complete.

    Written by Henry Percy, Earl Percy, a British Conservative politician, who was the Under-Secretary of State for India and Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. A little bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. A few minor marks to the boards and spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with some spots.
