A detailed and insightful biography on the life and reign of Marie Casimire Louise de La Grange d'Arquien, betetr known as Marysienka. 

Marysienka was the queen consort to King John III Sobieski, and was Queen of Poland.

Illustrated with a frontispiece.

Collated, complete.

Written by Kazimierz Waliszewski, a Polish author, known for his works on Russian history.

Frontispiece to the front pastedown.

Condition

In a half calf binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, smart. A little rubbing to the boards and spine, and a couple of light marks to the boards and spine. Light spots to the fore edge. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with some spots.
