    Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, Very Scarce

    A very scarce work. The third edition of this work. All editions are very scarce. This work is an entertaining poetry collection about a land where there are no humans, and animals rule the land. Illustrated throughout. Written by Sybil and Katharine Corbet. With an introduction by Andrew Lang.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Light marks to the boards and spine. Small crack to the tail of the front joint. Front hinge is strained but remains firm, rear hinge is starting but firm. Front endpaper is detached but present. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with some spots.
