'Sense and Sensibility' tells the story of three sisters, Marianne, Elinor, and Margaret, and follows them in their trials of love as they have to move out of their house into a smaller cottage after the death of their father.
Jane Austen has become one of the most popular Georgian writers, her novels being loved for generations. Her ironic social commentary offers an interesting insight into Upper-Middle class Georgian life.

Bookplate to the front paste downs. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with scattered spots to the first and last few pages.
