'The Outgoing Turk' details the author's experiences travelling though the Western Balkans, noting his insightful impressions of the region as it was at the end of the nineteenth century.

Illustrated with a frontispiece, three maps, five plates, and many in-text illustrations.

Collated, complete.

Written by Harry Craufuird Thomson, who also wrote 'The Chitral Campaign'.

Two pages of publisher's adverts to the rear.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Light marks to the boards and spine. Hinges are starting but firm. Internally, binding is strained in places. Pages are bright with some spots. Frontispiece is detached but present.
