Description

An Important Work, First Edition, Limited Edition, Rebound

The first edition of this important early study on infantile cerebral palsy, then known a cerebral paralysis, by the immensely notorious neurologist and psychologist Sigmund Freund. In the original German.

This was Freud's last neurological publication.

Freud was an early researcher of the condition, and published several medical papers on the topic. The system used today is the same one that was produced by Freud; He divided the causes of the disorders into problems present at birth, problems developed during birth, and problems after birth and also made a rough correlation between the location of the problem inside the brain and the location of the affected limbs on the body, and documented the many kinds of movement disorders.
