'The Architectural Review' is a monthly architectural magazine, that has been in publication since 1896. The magazine covers the built environment. These two volumes contain a vast number of articles of a wide variety of topics, written by authors such as Hubert C. Corlette, F. Hamilton Jackson, George Benson, E. T. Edwardes. and more. Some of the articles are titled 'On Story in Stone', 'Effects of Fire on Architecture', 'Some Conditions of House Design', and more. Volume II covers June to November 1897. Illustrated with twenty-five plates, and many full-page and in-text illustrations. Volume III covers December to May 1897-8. Illustrated with thirty-five plates, and many full-page and in-text illustrations. With the supplement 'Ivories in the Louvre' to the rear. Edited by Henry Wilson, a British architect, designer, and jeweller.
Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spines and to the extremities. Some very minor marks to the boards. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright with some spots.
