Maurice Kufferath was a music critic whose works regarding his friends and associate Richard Wagner are considered authoritative.

'Tristan und Isolde' is a three-act opera, composed between 1857 and 1859 by Richard Wagner. It was immensely influential on later classical  music.

Condition

In a quarter morocco binding. Externally, smart with some rubbing and light bumping. Wear to head of spine. Joints and hinges tender. Internally, binding strained and tender in places. First pages loosening but still attached. Pages age toned but clean with just the occasional spot.
