Written by Alfred William Pollard, an English bibliographer credited for bringing a higher level of scholarly rigor to the study of Shakespearean texts.
Condition
Bound in half calf with brown cloth binding. Externally, smart with rubbing and minor loss to the extremities. The odd mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd handling mark. Library bookplate to the front pastedown. Residue of library bookplate and ink inscription to the front endpaper. Library stamps to the reverse of each plate.
