The Liebig's Extract of Meat Company is known for origination Oxo meat extracts and stock cubes, still used in cookery today. This recipe book includes one-hundred and eighty recipes using Liebig's products.

Condition
In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding with paper to the boards. Externally, smart. A small amount of loss to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities due to bumping. Paper boards are very lightly discoloured and marked. Light marks to the spine and very light rubbing to the joints. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned with some scattered spots.
