    Description

    A collection of devotional prayers for study, complying to the Jesuit and Roman Catholic religions.

    Illustrated with a frontispiece.

    Written by Wilhelm Nakatenus, a Roman Catholic priest, who is considered to be one of the most important author of prayer books of his time.

    Prior owner's ink inscription to the verso to the front endpaper, and to the rear endpaper.

    Condition

    In a half morocco binding with cloth to the boards. Externally generally smart. Minor marks to the boards and spine. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. A touch of fading to the spine. A small amount of loss of cloth to the rear board. Prior owner's ink inscription to the verso to the front endpaper, and to the rear endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and clean with just a few light spots.
