First edition. Illustrated with a map frontispiece and two full-page plans. Collated complete. A pseudo-historical and mythological novel on life in the lost city of Atlantis, being the earliest American novels to use this setting according to Clareson 'Science Fiction In America'. . Written by Elizabeth G. Birkmaier, an American novelist, and the founder and president of the Tea Club of Alameda, California.

Condition

In the original brown cloth binding. Externally, smart with rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine and the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd handling mark.
