Hans Heinrich Josef Meyer, 1858 - 1929, was a German geographer from Hildburghausen. Hans Meyer is credited with being the first European to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in 1889.
Condition
In a half cloth binding. Externally, just a little bumping, with slight loss to the spine label. There is a gilt reference number to the tail of the spine, with a small reference, and the remains of a label. Internally, firmly bound, bright, with occasional spots or marks. With a small blindstamp to the title page.
