The first and only edition of this work, which provides a list of protocols stemming from this conference.
The Brussels Anti-Slavery conference led to the negotiation of the first general treats for the suppression of the African slave trade, the 'General Act for the Repression of the African Slave Trade of 1890'.
This act is discussed at the end of this treatise. The act was dated July 2 1890 and aimed to suppress large-scale slave trading, and the export of slaves.
This conference highlighted the evils of the slave trade to public attention. In later blue paper wraps. Issued for Her Majesty's Stationery Office by Harrison and Sons. A smart copy of this work, which is an original source of an important piece of colonial history.

In the original paper wraps. Externally, smart. Chips to the extremities of the front and rear wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
