The first and only edition of this work, which provides a list of protocols stemming from this conference.

The Brussels Anti-Slavery conference led to the negotiation of the first general treats for the suppression of the African slave trade, the 'General Act for the Repression of the African Slave Trade of 1890'.

This act is discussed at the end of this treatise. The act was dated July 2 1890 and aimed to suppress large-scale slave trading, and the export of slaves.
