From the library of George Bernard Shaw, the Irish playwright, critic, and winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1925. As indicated by the ink inscription to the first free endpaper from his uncle dated 1905.
Condition
In full crushed morocco binding. Externally, sound. The front board is held by the cords only and requires careful handling. There is some light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. There is some slight rubbing to the leather in these areas. George Bernard Shaw's uncle's ink inscription from 1905 to the first free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean.
