Written by architectural author Jules Gailhabaud. 

In the original French language.

Three volumes, being volumes I, III and IV. Lacking volume II.

Volume I is illustrated with eighty-one plates, including double plates and one plate in colour.

Volume III is illustrated with ninety-eight plates, including fifteen plates in colour, some of which are double plates.

Volume IV is illustrated with one hundred and five plates, including a number in colour and double plates.

Collated, with all illustrations present.

From Birmingham School of Arts and Crafts library.

This work would lend itself to a fresh rebind.

Condition

Disbound; in a quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards. Boards are all loose but present, with a library sticker to the tail of the front board, and rubbing to the boards. Library stamps throughout, with a library bookplate to the front pastedown. Pages are a little worn to the edges and a touch age-toned. Each plate has a library stamp to the verso.
