    Second edition. Illustrated with in text illustrations throughout. A detailed entomological study on the preservation of food crops, forest trees, and fruits from injurious insects, with observations and an introduction to entomology. Also includes a glossary of entomological terms. Written by Eleanor Anne Ormerod, a pioneer English entomologist who became one of the first to define the field of agricultural entomology.

    Condition

    Bound in full green calf. Externally, smart with light shelf wear to the extremities. Fading to the spine and the odd mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean. College of Agriculture prize bookplate to the front pastedown.
