A charming collection of letters in original publishers binding.

Christine Terhune Herrick's presentation of these letters detail periods such as Fresh Difficulties and Comparative Calm between the Duke of Wellington and Miss J. Herrick divulges how these letters have remained for years in a trunk in the attic of a country house, with publication only possible due to a family connection of Miss J.
