This charming edition, featuring an inlaid wood panel to the front board, is illustrated throughout and features an illustrated title page from Frank Thayer Merrill, an American artist best remembered for his 1880 illustrations of Louisa May Alcott's 'Little Women'.

With the bookplate of the Pottsville Free Public Library to the front pastedown, and a small number of library stamps to further pages.
