Each volume also features numerous illustrations in text. Collated, complete.
In the original publisher's uniform full cloth bindings with titles in gilt to spine, decorative gilt to front boards. Wear to boards and spine, minor loss to tail of spine vol. I, chipped to head and tail og spine of each volume, closed tear along tail front joint vol II, boards holding firm. Damp marks affecting front and rear boards as well as endpapers, cockling lower margins f text block only slightly. Public Libraries bookplate to front pastedowns, library shelf number in gilt to back strips. Discreet library stamps and pencil notes to occasional leaf. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally clean with a touch of age toning, as usual.

We send all of our books via courier which is a fully tracked and insured service. In our experience we find this to be the most reliable and quickest form of delivery.
