Condition

In the original half brown calf with brown cloth boards. Externally, very smart with light wear to the extremities and fading to the spines. The odd small mark to the boards with minor fading to the boards of volume XII. Hinges just starting but firm to each volume. Internally, firmly bound with the front endpaper detached but present to volume IV. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd small spot. Light spotting and minor age toning to the endpapers. Previous owners' bookplates to the front pastedown and endpaper.
