    Leather Binding, Publishers' Original Binding

    A selection of Franco-American recipes, containing over two-thousand detailed and delicious recipes in total, with bill of fares for every day of the year.

    Written by Felix J. Deliee, who was the caterer of the New York Club.

    Prior owner's ink inscription to the title page.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's quarter straight grain morocco binding with cloth to the boards. Externally, with marks and discolouration to the boards and spine. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities, with a little loss to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with just a couple of light marks. Prior owner's ink inscription to the title page.
