This 19th century medical guide provides a wealth of information on the methods once used to identify and treat disease in horses. It covers lameness, inflammation, heart disease, diseases of the nervous system, dental problems, skin problems, tumours, bone fractures and eye problems.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, damp stained to the boards with a little shelf wear to the joints and extremities, but otherwise smart. Slightly strained in one place but still firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
