From insect hunting by night to artificial teeth, this new and revised edition of 'Cassell's Household Guide' is an extraordinary encyclopaedia containing information and direction on all manner of matters of the home.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with gilt stamped decoration to attractive red cloth. The spines of all volumes have faded, particularly on volume four. The head and tails of the spines and extremities show some shelfwear on all volumes, particularly on volume four. Internally, all volumes firmly bound. Some spotting to the first five pages of each volume, particularly to the intact tissue guards to the frontispieces, not affecting the text or plates. Some minor spotting to the fore edges of each volume, not affecting the text. Pages are bright and clean.
