These include: deer-stalking, deer-driving, wild goats, roe hunting, seal shooting, grouse and black-game shooting, the Alpine or white hare, woodcocks and snipes, sea-fowl, wild-fowl, dogs for the gun, and more. Written by John Colquhoun, a Scottish sportsman and sportswriter.

Condition

In the original green cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Minor fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot. Booth Bird Museum Brighton bookplate to the front pastedown with their ink stamp to the endpapers and the odd page. Bookseller's label to the front pastedown.
