    Containing a series of stories from the most important voyages around the world including Drake's, Dampier's , Anson's, Cook's three voyages. With a preliminary sketch of their lives and discoveries.

    Illustrated with additional vignette title page as well as four folding coloured maps. Collated, bound without its frontispiece portraits of Drake, Dampier, Anson, and Cook.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally sound with shelf wear, bumped to head and tail of spine, back strip darkened. Internally, binding generally firm. Pages generally bright and clean.
