A facsimile edition published in 1977, with the original document having been published in 1878.

Also including a report of the inaugural proceedings, which occurred in September 1877.

Enclosed in the original matching slipcase.

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original slipcase is lovely. Containing Victorian Society stamps to the front free-endpaper and title page. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
