In a full calf binding. Externally generally smart. Slight rubbing to the extremities including the joints. Minor cracking to the front joint. Internally firmly bound. Pages generally clean with spotting to the front pages heavier to the frontispiece. Colour and folding plates clean. Plate facing page 367 working loose.
