Illustrated with a frontispiece and thirty additional illustrations. Collated, complete.

With the bookplate and signature of Henry A. Kidder, an American bank founder, establishing Kidder, Peabody & Co. in 1865.

Seven pages of publisher's advertisements to the rear.

Condition

Bound in the publisher's original pictorial cloth. Externally, very smart, with light rubbing and a little bumping to the extremities. Slight fading to the spine, with the odd mark to the cloth. Bookplate to the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages a little age toned, but clean. Ink inscription to the first blank.
