Description

Illustrated, Leather Binding

This is a six volume set of works by Charles Lever, including Barrington (1872), Harry Lorrequer (1872), Knight of Gwynne (1872), Davenport Dunn (1872), Martins of Cro' Martin (1873) and Charles O'Malley (1873). 

These volumes are richly illustrated by Phiz and H. K. Browne and are all New Editions. 

Charles Lever was an Irish novelist and raconteur who's stories often flow like conversations or anecdotes.

Condition

In half calf binding. Externally, very smart with some small marks to the boards and extremities. There is a stamp to all front free endpapers stating 'This is the property of Silke Montague.' Internally, firmly bound with bright pages with the odd scattered spot.
