The six stories were originally published in the Saint Paul's Magazine that Trollope edited.
Anthony Trollope was and English novelist during the Victorian Era, who wrote novels on political and social matters.

Condition
In half calf binding. Marbled paper covered boards. Externally, well presented. There is some rubbing to the extremities and fading to the joints and spine. There are also some marks to the spine. The front and rear hinges are starting. There is a small hole through the first six pages, including the title page. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with some scatter spots concentrated to the first and last few pages.
