'Around the Kremlin' recounts the author's experiences travelling and living in Moscow, in particular in Kremlin; the Moscow Kremlin is a fortified complex in the centre of Moscow.
The author describes the history of Moscow in vivid detail, discussing the city's people, as well as the Romanov monarchy of Russia.
Written by George Thomas Lowth. Lowth also published travel works on Arabia and France.
Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with fading to the extremities and spine. A few minor marks to the boards and spine. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Rear hinge is starting a little but remains firm. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean, with a few handling marks, and some spots mostly to the first and last few pages.
