Anthony Trollope's vivid and humorous travelling sketches, a volume of eight articles Trollope had previously written for 'Pall Mall Gazette'.

Including 'The Family That Goes Abroad Because it's the Thing to Do', 'The Man Who Travels Alone', 'The Unprotected Female Tourist', 'The United Englishmen Who Travel For Fun', 'The Art Tourist', 'The Tourist in Search of Knowledge', 'The Alpine Club Man', and 'Tourists Who Don't Like Their Travels'.

Trollope is a highly regarded Victorian novelist, best known today for his series of novels known as the 'Chronicles of Barsetshire'.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Spine and extremities are very lightly faded. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Textblock is largely unopened.
