First edition edited from a unique manuscript in the library of Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, with introduction, notes, and glossary. A scarce work.

Edited by Richard Morris. Published for the Early English Text Society, containing a Middle English text of Genesis and Exodus, circa AD 1250.

Condition

Rebound in quarter cloth over marbled boards, new marbled endpapers. Externally smart with some shelf wear, bumped to head and tail of spine and extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Light minor spotting and handling mark to odd leaf, pages otherwise generally clean throughout.

Overall: Very Good
